Expansion of SMT capacities at BECOM Austria

In order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of capacities and technologies, we are expanding our range of services.

At the site in Hochstrass (Burgenland), we are investing in an additional line alongside the three existing SMT lines. This will increase the possible output in the field of SMT assembly by a whole 20%. The new line is equipped with the best possible components and technologies to meet our demand for highest quality.

Solder paste printer
3D solder paste inspection
High speed dispenser
Placer with LED centering function (placement with tightest position tolerances)
Reflow soldering oven with vacuum chamber for minimal void formation
3D AOI
Continuous traceability and real-time process control over the entire line
