STEM Workshop in Neutal: Discovering, tinkering, and marveling at technology

Last weekend, Neutal turned into a workshop for young explorers: numerous children aged 10 to 14 took part in the STEM workshop and spent a full day diving into the world of electronics, robotics, and technology.

With great enthusiasm, the participants tried out new things, experimented at three exciting stations, and were actively supported by the BECOM team.

Soldering exercises:
With soldering irons and steady hands, the children created their very first small electronic kits. At the end of the day, they proudly took their self-soldered projects home.

Breadboard experiments:
At the second station, the young tinkerers discovered how circuits work - without any soldering. Using LEDs, switches, and resistors, they built their own circuits and explored the basics of electronics.

Programming robots:
Small robots brought plenty of fun and “aha” moments. Programming movements, testing sensors, and solving tasks gave the children a playful introduction to robotics and automation.

The workshop once again showed just how exciting and creative technology can be - and how much joy comes from exploring and learning together.
