At the beginning of January, the donation funds from the Betriebsrat’s Maroni & Glühwein campaign in December 2025 were presented to our colleague Rudi Fleischhacker. Thanks to the generous contributions from colleagues, €1,711 was collected. The BECOM management generously rounded this amount up to €4,000.

At the end of the year, BECOM would like to give special recognition to all its employees – and especially to those who have remained loyal to the company for many years. About a month ago, BECOM honored its long-standing employees for their exceptional dedication and commitment. In total, 57 jubilarians were able to look back on impressive lengths of service ranging from 10 to 40 years.

On December 4, an industry event was held at the Vienna site in cooperation with the Electronics Design and Manufacturing Association (FED e. V.) and its regional groups Austria and Hamburg. The focus was on state-of-the-art EMC, validation, and development processes, which were explored in guided tours, expert presentations, and open discussions.

Exactly one month ago, we had the pleasure of celebrating 40 years of BECOM together. Thank you to everyone who shared this extraordinary day with us. Here are the most beautiful moments to enjoy once again.
