Added protection for demanding applications
Protective and specialised processes help electronic assemblies perform reliably under real-world conditions. Depending on the product requirements, sensitive areas are protected, components are mechanically stabilised or specialised connection technologies are used.

Conformal Coating
Conformal coating protects electronic assemblies from external influences with a thin protective layer. It can help reduce exposure to moisture, dust, chemicals and harsh environmental conditions.
Potting / encapsulation
Potting protects electronic assemblies or parts of them with a suitable encapsulating material. This can mechanically stabilise components and provide better protection against moisture, vibration, dust and other environmental influences.
LED Centering
LED centering ensures precise positioning of LEDs within electronic assemblies or systems. In optical applications in particular, accurate alignment is essential to the light output, performance and quality of the finished product.
Press-Fit
Press-fit is a solderless connection technology in which suitable contacts are pressed into the PCB. This creates reliable electrical and mechanical connections without an additional soldering process.
